Registration guidelines for participant(s)

 

1. Please prepare your poster and video according to the ReVEx Vol.2 template.

1.1) Submit your poster to https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/ReVExVol2 . Create a Microsoft CMT account first if you are new to Microsoft CMT.

 

1.2) Kindly upload your product poster in the File Upload menu (PDF, maximum 20MB). Please ensure it is clear, informative and adheres to the format. Our committee will review the poster to ensure it meets the requirements. At this point, it is not necessary to make payment and provide the video link.

 

1.3)  When you receive an invitation email with instructions of payment, update your submission in the author console by uploading the proof of payment (PDF, 3MB maximum) in the "Supplementary Material" menu.

 

1.4) Also, after receiving the invitation email, provide the link of presentation video (i.e. Youtube) in the form. Please ensure the video does not have permission restriction and can be accessed by our juries. The presentation video should be 4 minutes in duration. Video and audio clarity are equally important.

 

1.5) After the proof of payment has been verified by our committee, you will receive a confirmation email and an official competition ID.

2. Note: The "Supplementary Material" menu is reserved for uploading the proof of payment.

 

3. Participant(s) will be notified of the review results via email.

 

4. All submitted materials must be the original work of the participant(s) and have not been previously published or accepted by other media or platforms.
